Cardio Tennis is a terrific way to get fit & have fun while playing tennis.
Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Taught by a coach, Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try Cardio Tennis.
The Benefits of Playing Cardio Tennis
We are starting the second session of Cardio Tennis in Donnybrook on Wednesday 14th April at 9.30am. The sessions will last one hour. Maximum per group is 8 so the class will be filled on a first come basis. The second term will last 6 weeks .
The cost for the term will only be E35.
Please complete the attached form & return to the office with the fee no later than Friday 9th April if you would like to join the class.
